What is hypnosis and past life regression?
I am asked this question often and I will get to the answer shortly, however, first I'd like to tell you a little something about me.
First, I am a certified hypnotist and past life regressionist and have been since 1991. I have been under hypnosis and past life regressed many times. What a wonderful way to relax! I did nothing under hypnosis that I would not have done in an awaken state except perhaps being more honest as our ego is always afraid of something while under hypnosis there is no ego. Just me the way I was created, "free".
Therefore, hypnosis is a state of total uninhibited, relaxation of the body and mind which allow, what I believe to allow your spirit be free to express its self and you.
Then what of past life regression...Well, as for me, I believe that there is just too much to do in this whole wide universe to complete in one lifetime of 80 or 90 years, and I believe that we were all created to go on and on and on for eternity so why not come back to earth once in awhile to do something different or to complete something we didn't get a chance to do before. I also have read the Bible, where there is references to being here before and coming again. Now, I am not here to discuss the religious points of view on the subject, just relating my own experiences and that of others whom I have worked with in the past and continue to work with now. We have found instance where many problems can be solved by looking at things differently from this point of view and we have found that the tasks of learning things is much easier, not to mention knowing things that we had no way of knowing before.
